Grab a Drink
Crossroads Cocktail Bar
Crossroads is based on a zero waste ethos, using what is already available and working with local suppliers and produce. Founded by husband and wife Bart and Monika Miedeksza, their passion for sustainability and supporting the community meant that they were determined to create something different. Sourcing their produce such as herbs and vegetables from nearby meant that their drinks list was based on seasonality!
The drinks list is small but packed with signature cocktails, from the “Rhubarb” which features tequila, fermented rhubarb, rosé and soda or for the savoury fan give the “Tomato” a try, using burnt butter gin, gazpacho, oak and smoked birch. They do also have classic cocktails which are available upon request.
