Centre de Yoga offers a range of yoga styles including Sivananda, Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga, Kundalini and Vinyasa. You can look into which one best suits you and find each of the classes on their online schedule, or stream classes from home!

BYLU Hot Yoga

This Luxembourg City studio offers hot Pilates, Bikram yoga, Yin yoga, fix yoga, and multiple sets which is a unique conditioning class. BYLU focuses on Bikram yoga, which is a sequence of 26 yoga postures & 2 breathing exercises, performed in a heated room that is accessible for everyone! Get ready to sweat out all of your stress!

Studio YOU is more than your traditional yoga studio, but rather a whole experience.
